The Marriage Resources Catalog is a 16-page full-color direct-mail catalog (plus grayscale order form insert) that features books, audio, and training materials available from the organization.

The client requested a complete redesign of their existing catalog, in order to appeal to a younger demographic. This required a new layout that could accommodate 90+ distinct materials, as well as highlight new and featured resources.

Throughout the catalog, new typography is used to complement the brand and freshen the look, while retaining readability even at smaller font sizes. The color palette is also intended to align with the brand, and these colors are integral to both the overall design as well as individual elements, such as headlines and callouts. This allowed for a diverse yet consistent set of styles used throughout the catalog.

Product images were rendered in 3D and formatted with consistent size and spacing throughout. Copy editing was necessary as well, in order to accommodate the number of resources while still providing compelling descriptions.

A grayscale order form insert was included, allowing recipients to mail in their orders. Additionally, an unobtrusive QR code is included with copy on the reverse cover that allows direct access to the catalog at the organization’s online store.

The catalog has been used as a direct-mail piece, as well as distribution at events and conferences.
