Mark and his team worked with VMI on a variety of digital marketing projects. He and his colleagues developed a refreshed marketing strategy that effectively reflected the company's values and produced increased awareness and engagement. 

This strategy would go on to inform creative and marketing projects, including website design, a multi-site dealer network initiative, email and PPC marketing, social media communications, and rich media productions.

VMI is one of the largest manufacturers of wheelchair-accessible minivans worldwide, converting vans from Dodge, Chrysler, Honda, and Toyota. Initially, Mark and the video production team developed re-edited assets that drove user engagement as part of a successful one-off campaign for VMI.

Next, VMI requested a full digital marketing strategy. Mark served as one of the account strategists to bring a holistic approach to VMI’s digital marketing. The strategy team conducted interviews with customers and employees, and developed a comprehensive brand story.

Mark worked closely with his video production team to conduct interviews and capture real user stories — something that VMI’s competitors weren’t doing at the time. He also created motion graphics that extended the brand identity for use within the videos.

Working closely with the VMI team, Mark and his team developed a streaming video strategy and implementation recommendations that allowed rich media to become an integral part of the company’s digital marketing efforts.

Mark also worked extensively with his marketing team to provide campaign ideas and conversion optimization recommendations. Under Mark’s direction, the team launched a highly successful lead-generation campaign that outperformed and outpaced client expectations.

Mark was involved in a variety of other marketing projects for VMI — creating infographics and digital advertisements, providing voiceover work for company videos, and collaborating with his team’s subject matter experts to manage social media, email marketing, and seasonal campaigns.
