For 11 years, Mark served as the creative director for the International Marriage Conference, developing annual campaign themes, designing brochures, websites, and promotional tools for the event.

The client used unique themes each year. Collaborating with the client from the outset, event artwork was created that would span the range of promotional and collateral materials that would be needed. This included:

A 16-page, full-color brochure that was mailed to the organization’s constituency. This brochure contained many of the key details about the conference, including speakers, registration info, travel accommodations, and special events.

Registration websites, with content and structure typically mirroring the content of the brochure, and allowing visitors to register online for the event. Users could also view the promotional videos created for the conference. The websites were also the focus of digital campaigns, including email marketing and social media initiatives.

Promotional videos were a key component of marketing as well, used to generate interest around the conference and conveying key information in a 90-second format. Additional, 60-second and 30-second versions were also created for various uses and broadcast outlets.

Email marketing templates were designed for the organizers, enabling them to send out reminders, promos, and other communications as the event neared.

Posters and large-format banners were created for event tradeshow and on-site promotions.

Attendees of each conference were also provided conference programs, containing the complete details of the event: its sessions, workshops, maps and guides, and other useful information. These programs were typically 20-24 pages, with interior pages printed in grayscale and a full-color glossy cover.

Event graphics and other collateral materials were also designed for the event, including conference badges, t-shirts, and event-related products.
